This vacuum cleaner is an excellent choice for those who live in apartments as it has an economized docking system and comes with its own trash bin. The app allows you to choose different modes and monitor the cleanliness and mopping. The mopping function is impressive.
Its mapping capabilities and obstacle avoidance are impressive, and it mops very well and removes pet hair, spillages and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans, and refills its tank.
Roomba iRobot Combination
The iRobot Combo includes mopping in addition to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. The iRobot Combo doesn't quite replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient at cleaning, and comes with a mobile app that is more user-friendly, but it's a good alternative. It was able to consistently remove dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance isn't as advanced as other systems, like LiDAR or structured light, but it still manages to prevent most collisions.
The Combo includes many of the same smarts that the J7 Plus does, including the onboard acoustic sensor for determining the floor type and AI-powered Navigation. However, it's not able to set suction power manually. It's also less compact than its vac-only model, and doesn't come with a self-empty dock.
In my experience I have found that the Combo is a fantastic choice for most homes, and its sleek design is easily one of the best in the industry. The clean matte black plastic looks better than most competitors' metallic or glossy finishes, and iRobot's small touches--like a leather tab to open the bin on the board and a shelf in the dock to store extra bags--are more elegant than many of its rivals'. The iRobot Combo makes it easy to create maps and set up Keep-Out Zones.
Roborock
While Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop industry however, it has already established a name for itself because of its innovative cleaning technologies. The vacuums are renowned for their suction capabilities, while the brand's mopping systems feature vibrating mops that scrub floors to remove dirt. Additionally, a variety of scheduling and mapping options let you fine-tune the bot's cleaning schedule for your specific home.
Another amazing Roborock feature is the obstacle avoidance that allows the robot to see objects lower than its height. This is particularly beneficial for the most popular Roborock models, like the Qrevo Master, which is top of its class in terms of navigation thanks to both vSLAM and LiDAR. Other robovacs are notorious for hitting furniture and run over pet faeces without noticing but the Qrevo Master solves this issue by using a Reactive AI system that utilizes twin cameras to detect the presence of objects in a room.

Its advanced navigation system integrates five technologies to plan and take the most efficient route. It can also identify different flooring materials, and obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can even lift its own 7mm to glide over carpets. Smart spray system makes the right amount of water for stain removal without leaving marks.
The Legee, the Gen 4 Robot, competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both of them cost more. It comes with more features, including a flexible D-shaped robot that can clean corners and under cabinets more efficiently than the round version. It has a self emptying bin, a high level of suction, an array of mopping options, and a top-quality application that runs on iOS and Android.
It's smaller than many of the competition, and its main brush is shorter than most but it still was able to get the job done in a short amount of our test area with ease. The edge brush that rotates on the side is a nice feature. Although it wasn't able to remove dirt as effectively as other competitors, it did a great job.
